so i am back minus cig addiction plus 20 extra lbs:mad:
gotta detox my body,and start working out again
i am thinking on the lines of going vegetarian for a while,and have low carb/low fat diet,after three days of fasting..taking only juices/liquids..etc etc
so lets see how this experiment goes:)

Hey Sadie! Glad to see you back! Of course we'll be supportive in all you do but please be wise on how you go about the weight loss. Whatever you do needs to be something you can maintain as a lifestyle or you'll just keep yo-yo'ing back and forth
 
Welcome back Sadie - glad to see you've resurfaced. I agree with Sparrow - choosing a sustainable food plan/workout routine would be in your best interests in the long run.
 
I agree. If you pick a diet that is too extreme, you may lose lots of weight to begin with, but when you try to go back to normal you will gain it all back.
 
Hey Sadie! Glad to see you back! :). You'll find so many more positives from quitting smoking: nicer skin, hair, better breathing and more money in your pocket LOL.

You'll lose the weight in no time once you stick to a good routine and a good eating plan. Good luck:hug2:

the thing is, its not the weight right now thats bothering me,its the thought of being healthy and cleansing and being healtheir is what i want,after smoking for two years like a chimeny i am amazed myself that how shallow i used to breath, now when i inhale it feels awesome,i am not breathless and tired all the time,smoking was a way of escapre for me from the reality as i quit smoking trust me i have got more strength physicaly/emotionally/mentally..i was in a self pitty state of mind always, now i dont blame anything or anyone for whatever happens i just face it instead of locking my slef up in my room and smoking:)
detox diet wont be a way of life for me for sure cause i just love meat..it will be a temporary change..when iwill feel that i am clean inside i will start taking my normal diet .
i have to start running again i could run 12 mph before starting cigs when i smoked i could run 5/7mph gotta get back to atleast 9mph.
i am taking my supps too so u are right moon,my hair/teeth/breath is cleared up..and my skin has started to glow again:)i dont look like a smoked pig anymore;)

What Is Detoxification?

so i have started working on this cleansing thing ,day before yeserday i bought fresh veggies/fruits and trust me after juts eating a proper salad(without dressing) everyday and fruits,my bowels are more regular and i get a feeling of well being:)
my proper detox diet will start on 1st novemebr because i have a wedding and a birthday party to attend in next 10 day,and i cant miss these occcasions:S
 
Dang!i weighed 134lbs today:|,cant blame anyone,but myself i have been eating way too much maybe thrice as i should eat..so i have decided my three days fast will start from tomorrow then i will think about detox.
