Hello Everyone. The following attachments are two of the most recent days that I have been using for my current mealplan. The one for 4/18/07 was a rest day and the one for 4/19/07 was for a workout that occured between 5pm and 6pm. Please keep this in mind when critiqing. Also, the ratio I am using is a 40/30/30 and my goal calories are 2175 (500 under maintenance of 2675). Currently I strenghth train 2 days a week and do HIIT 2 days a week. Any help is appreciated and if any more info is desired please ask
