Sport Detailed Meal Plan for Critique

Hello Everyone. The following attachments are two of the most recent days that I have been using for my current mealplan. The one for 4/18/07 was a rest day and the one for 4/19/07 was for a workout that occured between 5pm and 6pm. Please keep this in mind when critiqing. Also, the ratio I am using is a 40/30/30 and my goal calories are 2175 (500 under maintenance of 2675). Currently I strenghth train 2 days a week and do HIIT 2 days a week. Any help is appreciated and if any more info is desired please ask :D .

couldn't get 4-19 to open but the first day looked fine as far as food choices.

I would think about bouncing your carb intake and making it a little higher on your lifting days though. I really don't like anything lower than 40% carbs on lifting days.
 
Thanks for the feedback theleip. By bouncing the carb intake do you just mean making it something like 40c/30p/30f on lifting days or did you refer to changing the timing on rest days as well? I am not sure why the 4-19 did not open for you. Anyone else having this problem?

Also, why do you recommend 40%c on lifting days? That would equate to 217 carbs for lifting days. I heard that the grams of carb intake should not exceed your body weight when cutting, is this incorrect?

One other question, how much of your daily carb limit should come from fruits and vegetables?
