Dermalean by Impact Nutrition

Dermalean is a thermogenic, but a topical one. It may be one of the few examples of where spot reduction is actually possible. But see my other post on Lipo 6 (http://training.fitness.com/showthread.php?t=5879) - it's still MAINLY a thermogenic, but based on a different principle.

On several sites selling Dermalean we see what must be their generic available-to-all-retailers product descriptions:
To help utilize the effects of DermaLEAN, it is recommended that you apply it correctly, keep a healthy diet, and maintain a consistent workout regimen. Also stacking it with another weight-loss product like NitroPhen will help enhance its effects.

1. Apply it correctly: DermaLEAN works best when applied daily to area(s) in need of fat reduction. DermaLEAN is for topical use only and should not be injected or consumed.

2. Keep a healthy diet: Adjust your diet according to your personal goals. If you are trying to lose overall weight, keep a diet that is low in fat and useless calories. If you are trying to gain muscle and loose weight, keep a diet high in protein and complex carbohydrates. No matter what your goals are, to maintain your optimum metabolism, it is recommended that you drink a sufficient amount of water, get plenty of sleep (8 hours), and eat six small meals a day.

3. Maintain a consistent workout regimen: Being consistent in your strength training is a key element to producing quality muscle or losing weight. Make a schedule and stick to it. It's important to get plenty of rest and separate your strength from your aerobic training. This will help prevent over training.
So they're saying ti will help you lose weight -- assuming you're eating healthy, exerecising, and having a healthy lifestyle. I don't doubt it - but the key word again is HELPING. You will still lose weight without the Dermalean, but over time it can make a bigger difference (e.g., the difference between having lost 40 lbs at the end of the year, and having lost 55 lbs at the end of the year)

DermaLEAN by IMPACT

DermaLEAN works great, i am currently taking it and nitrophen. just make sure you read the list of side effects and dont care about them. the page is like 6 pages long and it can also cause death... the question is... are abs worth tremors and i think so

and if all you want is to lose weight take a supplement by hi-tech( i think) called Stimerex-ES with ephedra. i lost 40 pounds in less than 2 months, it says to take 3 pills and thats how i lost weight but i dont recommend that high of dosages, and dermalean is just for one part of the body, im on it just to get abs... it all just depends what your needs are and what you think about side effects, IM me on aol @ dexterL73037 and we can talk about it

PLEASE tell us you are joking(about the tremors being worth it). If you are continuing to take something that gives you tremors, you have a lot more to worry about than losing some weight!

just to let everyone know, impact nutrition has been considered a scam company for the last few years. search up on a few message boards and you'll get the idea
