Deprite for HELP and SUPPORT!!

Hi Everyone,

I am new here this is my first time on the site and I am on a mission to lose weight!!!... I hope this site can provide some great support as I am really in need.
My family is planning a trip to Europe this summer and I would love to lose at least 30 pounds before June 10... I know that some of you are already saying is this chick crazy 30 by June she must be insane!! LOL well maybe I am considering I will be meeting my Mother in law for the very first time.. So you see I would do anything to make a very good first impression on her and everyone else, especially myself..
I have always been a little on the heavy side since I was a teen, but in 2004 I was on a real mission to lose weight which I did with the help of some friends and I managed to lose 55 pounds and go back under 200!! The best thing about all of that was I soon became pregnant after trying for 5 years.. So as you can imagine I gained 30 pounds for my pregnancy and 15 more after...Anyhoo I am back on my diet and walking to the park daily, also using my fitness ball for workouts..But there is still something missing, some support from people like myself..I really hope that I can succeed and also find someone on here to help.. Hi & welcome, I'm new too, but I know how you feel. I'm trying to get rid of some cellulite before I go to a friend's BEACH wedding in June. No way will my thighs see the sun in this condition! My best words of advice for you are "broth based soups" this saves my life every time I get that 4pm binge urge, and I'm such a night eater anyway I have to use every trick in the book! Don't go too low on calories, your metabolism will slow down, eat as many veggies (not fried, not dipped in ranch) as you can and you won't have room for the bad stuff. Focus on being healthy, not skinny, and it will all come together. I've lost a considerable amount of weight over the years of trial and error, I'm at the home stretch, and it's a hell of a plateau, but I'm determined. You can do it, I know. It's not just willpower, it's self-respect. You deserve to be healthy. You just have to convince yourself you're worth it and all the bad habits won't seem so appealing anymore. Welcome to the forum! You really should start a diary so that people have a way to get to know you, check in on you, and keep you in line! Lol! :D You've lost weight before, and you know you can do it again. Talk to ya soon!
 
HH is right. Journals are a great way to get support and get feedback from other members. Glad to see you found your way here, this forum is great!:D

Thanks alot for the responses you guys, and yes I do hope I can make it.. I have a great feeling that everything will work out great for myself and others.. If you have anymore tips let me know... You should have no problem losing 30 lbs by June, as long as you want it bad enough. I've lost 17 lbs in past 3 weeks alone. And me too, wanted to be slim by june, but I've got 70 lbs to go :)
 
wE HAVE A NEW CHALLENGE STARTING UNDER THE CLUBS WEIGH IN IS TODAY I THINK THERE MAY BE ENOUGH OF YOU TO START ONE MORE GROUP HAVE TO CHECK WITH NEWBRIDE ( NEWBRIDE I KNOW CHIP WANTED IN AND WITH 4 OF THE NEWBIES WE MAY HAVE ANOTHER GROUP!!!) IF YOUR INTERESTED LET THEM KNOW UNDER THE CLUB
