Hello, I have major depression and I find it extremely hard to motivate myself to eat well and exercise, do any of you go through the same? Is there any tips you have?
Being depresed , so many physical and business,social cause related.Just try to to find out and reason of depression and try to solve those issues.Do some meditation like "YOGA", it will sure help to be a normal.
I know how you feel, you need to find things that might motivate you, or you need to work on yourself and thinking that even though it's not gonna be easy to make the step, it's gonna be worth it!
it may sound boring but one and only solution for you is just go for yoga class, and make your mind and body relaxed without any negative thoughts . its perfect solution that i have tried long ago and it really works .
