What foods, receipes do you find delicious and nutritious?

I'll start off with a great breakfast of:

Oatmeal (not instant) mixed with fresh blueberries, a few walnuts and cantaloupe slices
 
^ That sounds awesome...though i'd proably be hungry in an hour, but good diet meal for sure.
