Sport deli meat

does anyone know,is chicken breast, and ham deli meat bad for you, i like to throw some meat in my salad. but i didn't know if that was bad, and what kind of dressing is the best and tastiest for a diet?
 
Watch out for the high sodium content in some of the meats. For dressings choose light, fat free etc etc..
 
i've always heard that its better to go to the counter and ask for uncured, unprocessed than the pre-packaged stuff
 
rotate your proteins. i usually stick with plain chicken, but occasionally will go tuna or egg white.

a variety is good, that way you don't have to worry about what's the best kind of protein, or lowest calories.
 
it makes up a huge chunk of my diet. Pastrami and beef are a little high in fat but not so much so that they are not allowed in the diet at all. Eat all you want
