Definition

Ok so right now I finally got the stretch marks off my arm the just dissapeard... so anyways how do I can get definition in my muscle in my arms. You know so you can see the buldge of biecep sticking out. I would like a workout if oyu can to get that. I also have some flab on my arm thats the problem what workouts should I do.

There is no secret formula to achieving definition and muscle tone. It is all about training/diet/cardio to reduce your bodyfat %. I'm not going to lie, but it isn't an easy task. Especially for me, because I lloooveeeee foooooooddd, yummy!
