This is what i am at right now and i am very happy with this. I began playing football in my sophmore year and made it to varsity squad of my junior year. i am a very good bull rusher and fairly quick. But i cant seem to finesse rush tackles, with rip or spins. i have made it a priority to my self to show up three tiomes a day in the weight room and get bigger, stronger, and faster.I am looking for advice from anyone who has experience at this position.

Things like that are very hands on, IMO you should do exactly what you need to get better at. Just practice with someone spinning and whatnot.

I am not exactly a princess as in, having an honorable Hardest hitter in the conference
But you are right i should shut up and lift.

well....Im not an extremely smart physical trainer or anything, but it seems to me that you have decent power (the whole hardest hitter, bull rusher thing) so what you need to work on now is footwork and quickness. My brother is a DT as well and he isnt very big either (165, 5''11) and that is how he got his 1st team all district 2 years running. So I suggest doing footwork drills like the speed ladder and anything else you can think of that requires agility and not so much strength.
