I see noone started the December challenge so i copied from Mal's november challenge :)
I know its december, and Christmas and New Year's Eve but no excuses remember :D

Let's try to lose 1 percent of your body weight a week for the month of December!

Feel free to change the weigh in dates to suit your needs. Don't worry if you don't lose 1 percent, do the best you can

Copy & paste to your own post and update it weekly.

Finish Weight 31 December= __________________

Percentage lost:
To find your percentage
Take your starting weight - ending weight = Pounds lost
Then divide pounds lost/ starting weight and get the percentage lost __________________

And to make it an extra feel good bonus for yourself for the month - for every pound that you lose this month -donate 1 can of food to your local food bank... (and when you pick up that bag of cans - note how heavy it is

If the math is too hard try using this webpage i made a while back to work out the %

Did I do that right? I love the challenges! I think this whole site is such a great idea. My husband supports me, but when weight loss support is coming from a 180 lbs guy with huge muscles it's hard for me to not take it as condescending. This is such a great way to keep track and make it fun! I'm very excited to have found such a great site!!!
