Well I put it off for too long. So, I am gonna put myself out there and start recording everything I eat for the whole world (or, just those on this forum) to see. I have a goal, I graduate on June 9th and I want to be 30 pounds lighter. It is a new day and a new week, a fresh start from a hard past couple of weeks.

So far this morning I have had:
12oz. chocolate protein shake 170 calories
small Dannon Light and Fit vanilla yogurt 90 calories
24 ounces of green tea with Splenda
16 ounces of water

I also did something that I usually don't, I packed a lunch.
6 ounces of tuna in water w/ 1 teaspoon of light mayo. 170 calories
1 slice of 12 grain bread at 60 calories
lotsa green tea and water.

For a snack I am going to have sugar free Jell-o at 20 calories.

I sure hope that I can stay on track this time. I am still at work, so it is pretty easy to stick with it here. It is when I get home that I start to fall!
 
You can do it! We're all here for support! I know where you're coming from. I work during the day and that's when I do my posting on here. It's so much easier to stay on track when you're at work. LOL! Don't worry though, you'll get used to things and they'll get much easier as you go! :)
 
Your goal is very attainable and wont those grad pics be lovely...well will help motivate you,...good luck ...YOU CAN DO THIS
 
You can do it and coming to the forum will help you stay motivated, there are a great bunch of people here to support you. Believe in yourself!!
 
Let me start by saying,"I hate living on the east coast!!!!!" It is so cold and snowy. I have a gym membership, and I also have every piece of excercise equipment you can imagine at home in my basement, but I love doing my excercise outdoors. I just feel so cooped up. I think that is my biggest plateau problem. I do so well with my eating at work, but when I get home it goes down hill from there. I went to my nutritionist on Friday and she said any
diet under 1500 calories is extremely dangerous to anyones body. She lectured me on only taking in 1300 a day. Needless to say I was not at all happy. She also put me on another vitamin. So, now I am taking about 6 different vitamins a day. I guess she knows best. I started doing Pilates and Yoga and let me tell you, it feels so good during and after. Amazingly, I do not have any muscle pain this morning! Okay, here we go with my day:

Breakfast 8 am (I try to eat at the same time everyday)
3/4 cup of cereal w/ 1/2 cup non-fat milk 160 calories
1/2 cup fresh cut pineapple 70 calories
24 oz. green tea w/ Splenda
32 oz. water

Snack 10 am
Dannon Vanilla Yogurt 90 calories
12 oz. green tea w/ Splenda

Lunch 12 pm (in meetings all afternoon, no time for a proper lunch)
4 peanut butter crackers 130 calories
32 oz. water

Well, that is it so far, but let me just say that from running from meeting to meeting, I am starving. I cannot wait until dinner!!
