Hey I feel like crap today but I managed to get in 35 minutes on the treadmill burned 250 cals and did 50 situps on my ab thingy here is my menue! How did u do today?

Howdy Girly sorry you had a bad day I had a couple of them do to my down time I feel I cant exersice because I will get choked up do to this nasty cold I got so in my mind I say since I cant exerscies I my as well eat to BAD BAD thoughts to think cuz it doesnt help!!!!

WOW I thought I drank alot of water...you go girl..Well my doc hooked me up with a "Z" pack and 2nd day feeling a lil better...

Exercise - 60 mins 12 miles biike (even thou dead tired and had been up all nihgt adn then all day i got on the bike and did 12 miles)
I had a BAD day to I think knowing the challenge starting MONDAY has my stupid brain on enjoy the weekend mode lol.But we will do it girl we will do it!!
