Hey I feel like crap today but I managed to get in 35 minutes on the treadmill burned 250 cals and did 50 situps on my ab thingy here is my menue! How did u do today?
BREAKFAST
sleeeep I was tired lol

LUNCH
healthy made turkey sand w/ mustard and a small bannah (375 cals)

SNACK
kellogs fiber strawberry bar

DINNER
Weight Watchers pasta zini (290 cals)

SNACK
weight watcher cookie doe sundae (190 cals)Grapes (60 cals) veggie soup (40 cals)

1 cup slimfast shake

1 cup broccolli soup
1.5 salmon sandwiches

a slushy lol

a lil turkey/gravy
2 cups of corn
6 small pieces of baguette (bad I know, havent had it for a long time)

a piece of plain white cake

Water - 2.5 liters

Exercise

1 hour 45 mins Recumbrant bike 12.25 miles:)
 
HEH, I ate so badly yesturday, LOL...In my defence it has been awhile...

I had:

Side Kicks Pasta

Cheeze Whiz/crackers

Popcorn/butter

a larger, yes you heard right, large oreo blizzard

half a bottle of mug root beer

1 liter of water...

Plus no exercise, LOL...

I have done this in a very loooong time:(

 
Howdy Girly sorry you had a bad day I had a couple of them do to my down time I feel I cant exersice because I will get choked up do to this nasty cold I got so in my mind I say since I cant exerscies I my as well eat to BAD BAD thoughts to think cuz it doesnt help!!!!
I am so glad the 6 week challenge didnt start this week lol.I go to docs tomorrow :)

My food was
no breakfast I slept in
I had a grill ham and swiss
some valentines day dove chocolates
2 pieces stuff crust pizza
2 chicken strips and 3 wedges and 1/2 of coke BLAHHHHH:blush5:

2 cut up bananas in milk/sugar

Exercise 1 hour recumbrant bike - 7.15 miles


Tuesday

Today I have had like 3 glasses of milk

1.5 salmon sandwiches

tiny bit of veggie stirfry

60 mins bike 12.25 miles
2 liters water

20 oz of decaf tea

WOW I thought I drank alot of water...you go girl..Well my doc hooked me up with a "Z" pack and 2nd day feeling a lil better...

2 chicken strips (homemade)
peas/crrots
a small potatoe
glass of milk

Decaff Tea - 60 oz
Water 2 liters
Exercise - 60 mins 12 miles biike (even thou dead tired and had been up all nihgt adn then all day i got on the bike and did 12 miles)

no exercise

sushi for dinner

2 glasses of wine (small)

:iagree:I had a BAD day to :( I think knowing the challenge starting MONDAY has my stupid brain on enjoy the weekend mode lol.But we will do it girl we will do it!!

KFC chicken strips and mash taters and a biscuit (lol chicken strips must be in the air lol)

Dinner I had take out from buckhead mountain grill "CHICKEN Fettuchini yummy
lol well we got our income tax so I doubled ate out....:(

I also had some choco valentine candy
 
HEH it is funny how we both had a eat out day:)
