Hey everyone,
so here i am,with yet another weightloss plan.
ever since i was 12 i've been yo-yo dieting.
i've been from 120lbs to 88lbs and now at 123lbs :( and i haven't grown an inch!!
i'm in high school right now so u can imagine the teasing going on around me..not only bout my height(i'm a freakin midget!!)but also the "flabiness" i carry on my body.
I come from a culture where we eat white rice on every meal..yea..it's so hard.
My mum keeps going on and on about how fat i look..but whenever i don't eat,she starts to worry.It's just so confusing.
Anyway,by starting this diary,i hope i'll be motivated and i hope u guys out there will help me :)

Welcome to the forum!

I went to http://www.fitnessonline.com/tools/idealweight/ and checked your height to weight and this is what it said:

" Your Results:

Based on your height, your ideal weight range is between 103 and 113 pounds."

Is there a reason you want to get to 88 pounds? That would be a Lot under your recommended weight for your height!

Well,i once was 88lbs and i thought i looked great.
I wasn't sick or anything and i was happy with the way i looked.
I just want to look like i did before..
but..my focus is now to reach my first goal weight..so..we'll see :)
Btw,i'm starting tomorrow..so wish me luck!!
 
Good Luck - and do look into what's a good and healthy goal for yourself and take it one day at a time.

Be willing to reevaluate your goals as you reach each mini. I do think 88 pounds is too light of a goal, but starting with your first goal is a great place to begin :)
