hey guys,
I was wandering what you guys think about eating dates. I believe its a great thing but i looked at the nutrition data and it says 26g of sugar from 2 dates. I think this kinda sugar is good because its not processed right?? I love dates and i love to eat like 1 or 2 of em everyday. Do you think it will hinder in my fat loss process?? Thanks guys :)
