Sport Dates, should i eat them?

Hello,

I have bought some unpitted dates and have been eating 10 a day,
I have a hard time eating alot and i have seen around the internet that
1 date = 24 calories.

So that equals 240 calories for me, which is great because i really love dates.

This a calorie dense fruit but i have research them a little on here and people said that it has alot of Sugar.

Is this ok? Should i still eat 10 a day in one meal? Can i add more if i want?
