Darn Abs...grrr

im 14 years old. Freshman/Froshman year in high school. I am overweight for my age i think. I am 5'10'', 175 lbs. My stomach and chest is where i believe most of my body fat is stored. I am looking for exercises and things to get rid of my layers of EXTRA FAT stored there. I dont have acces to a swimming pool right now. My backyard one is FROZEN. haha. Cant use that until late spring and summer. So i was wondering what things i could do. I can use my high school work-out room. So if you have any suggestions. I'd be glad to hear them. Thank You.!
