Alrighty, then.....
I mostly grocery shop at my super Wally's
I like to buy large containers of yogurt, for example.....
Yoplait sells a large container that has 4 servings.. I think.. at about 200 calories each. As far as I know, it only comes in 3 flavors, peach, strawberry, and banana/strawberry. (1% milkfat)
I like to buy them because I can one as a full meal, and it's a bit cheaper than buying individual containers.
SO... I was happy when I saw Dannon light and fit yogurt. It comes in more flavors, so I decided on Blueberry.
I was a little unsure about buying it. After all it says light and fit.
Had I been smarter, I would have realized that it said 4x servings at 110 cals each......
Which makes yogurt into nasty diet food tasting stuff.
I opened this container today, to find it's more watery, less creamy, far less sweet, and less fruity than my regular yogurt.
Yes, it tastes bland, and really yogurty, which is what you'd expect from a diet or low cal. yogurt.
In short,... I won't be buying this stuff anymore, I'll stick with a large container of tasty Yoplait yogurt, which I can eat until it's empty, for a full meal of 800 calories when I'm in a hurry.
