Sport Dang conflict.

Sport Fitness
I wake up at 5:25 in the morning and I need to get to the gym by 6. This gives me no time to eat and digest. What's something that I can eat quickly and will digest and give me enough energy. I can only workout on mornings so this is the only time I have. and waking up earlier is not really an option since waking up around 5:30 is the only way i get decent sleeping.
 
Porridge is good. Bananas. Etc
