Hey....im new here....so this is my first entry. Im gonna use this as a food and exercise journal so i can keep my self on track =)

I'm gonna start with yesterday since i havent really done anything today....i will probably post what i did today later tonite or tomorrow....

Breakfast- a banana and a bowl of smart start cereal with 1% milk

Lunch- Bowl of potato soup with cheese and some cracker and orange juice

Snack - Honey Wheat Thins

Dinner - Fried chicken from publix (I know really bad but its what my mom brought home for dinner :( ) But i only had a little bit. And orange juice

I ate dinner really early and then went to the movies so when i got home at like 12 i had a bologna sandwich (again i know....really bad) but my stomach was hurting from not eating in soo long....and i had 2 hershy kisses ;) i couldnt resist.

Exercise.....
I did some aerobics for about 30 mins....no tape or anything just stuff i learned in my conditiong class at school and then i did about 10 minutes of abs.
