It's important to move as much as you can. The best exercise is something you enjoy and will do on a regular basis, so if you enjoy dancing, it's a fun way for you to get your exercise. When I was in my 20's I spent a lot of time dancing at the clubs with my friends. Back then I never had a weight problem, and the dancing probably had a lot to do with it.
Well if you do something that requires alot of energy like a hip hop dance, you will lose alot more calories but most importantly you have to check your diet. Most people tend to underestimate the power of effective dieting.
Hi I have gone from a size 14-16 to a size 12 in 4 weeks I have only been working out 3 times a week and I haven't really changed much of my eating habits! I have a personal trainer and she gives me work outs to do at home for 20 minutes every morning I do them sometimes when I remember but I notice when I train with her I feel really good and the exercises she makes me do I have never seen them before but they are really effective I didn't think I would loose so many inches so quickly I am so happy and definitely carry on training with her
