You just move on. We all slip. We all overdo occassionally. Just go right back to what you was doing and don't do something as drastic as not eating to make up for it.

After I eat a lot, and then I exercise, it helps move the food through my body faster. (and down the toilet)
At least it seems that way to me.
I don't really recommend that you do this all time, but it works for me.

I wouldn't starve myself, especially if you're going to exercise, but you can reduce your caloric intake to be on the low side of things.
I might cut down to 1000-1500 for the next couple days, which is still starvation for an average size male, but will help average things out. It won't hurt as long as you don't do reduce that low for a day or two.

I second both recommendations in their own way- don't try to starve yourself to make up for it (that's destined to fail), but also possibly make sure you do something constructive to fix things, be it exercise or consciously watching what you eat more carefully.
 
Yea maybe ill exercise today but i dunno my legs are mad sore today from doin squats and dead lifts 2 days before and as far as that type of calorie reduction my body burns like 3K cals a day (bodybugg says so) so lol 1000 a day would i would die! Lol ty for all the help guys
