Was that for the whole day? I thought it was for breakfast. Fuunky right that’s really not enough. Honey you must be starving cranky and tired, Try having some fresh fruit vegetables and salads with lean meats there really is not much fat in lean meats and our bodies do need just a little bit. Because you are exercising you can also have small amounts of pasta and rice. Drink lots of water it’s really good for weight loss. Good luck this week.
