dairy

I' ve heard alot lately about if you consume 3 dairy products a day ,it could help you lose weight? Have you guys been hearing the same thing? I was wondering how much truth there is to that, I think I read something about a connection with calcium and fat absorption? If you know anything about it, let me know :):p
 
I'm not sure how much truth there is to that. I personally think dairy is really important for health benefits. Cottage cheese is the best in my opinion for losing weight because it doesnt have the sugar of yogurt and dairy.
However everyone is different. I personally lose fat much better without any dairy in my diet. Trial and error.
