Daily vitamin and supplement question for workout routine (n00b)

Hello i am new to this forum and i have a couple of "issues" for my training...

first off my routine...i dont lift weights but i do work out...5 days a week i box competitively which includes warmup and stretching, 30 min jump rope, heavy bag work, shadow boxing, speedbag etc and exercise including situps...and of course some days we work sparring, the workout totals around 2 hours
start with the rope it's 3 min work and 1 min rest until exercises...

right now i havent been taking anything...not even vitamins and sometimes i feel low on energy...i am in decent shape and it's not usually an out of breath feeling but more just TIRED.

im 5'10 and weigh between 148 and 152 and i compete at 141 pounds...

what type of a daily vitamin packs are good for my routine? are there any supplements that can keep me strong and energized without weight gain???
