Today I did:

6 X Bench press (body Weight)
12 X deadlift (body weight)
6 X shoulder press 9 half body weight)
12 x hang cleans (1/2 body weight)
250m row

3 round with 4 mins rest in between each round.

30 years old, 6ft 2inch (190cms) 97kg (not sure in pounds) Been traumatized by gyms for around 15 years. Played rugby at a professional standard for several years. Recently competed in the Rugby Sevens World Cup in Dubai.
