I am starting a routine of press-ups and sit ups.
Every two days, I do 5 sets of 15 press-ups, and on the day I don't do this I do 5 sets of 20 sits ups (I am currently better at sit ups).
How much should I increase this by every week or so? Should I add five to the amount of each I do?
Also, how long will this take to produce any easily noticeable results?
