Daily Routine

I am starting a routine of press-ups and sit ups.

Every two days, I do 5 sets of 15 press-ups, and on the day I don't do this I do 5 sets of 20 sits ups (I am currently better at sit ups).

How much should I increase this by every week or so? Should I add five to the amount of each I do?

Also, how long will this take to produce any easily noticeable results?

I think 5 to the amount will be fair enough.
 
I try to keep a goal and post that push myself as much as I can. Works for me. Try to keep increasing every 3- 4 days or so.

Thanks for sharing you daily routine. I also would like to share our daily routine.

I get up early in the morning at 6:30am, after that I completed all my metabolic activities, I have done some workouts to stay fit, after that I took a bath and had my breakfast, I switch on my PC and accessed internet to browse some interview tips, after that I had lunch and prepared for the interview and I slept for 2hrs, after that I went to beach and sat there for 2 hours and came back to my home and took a bath after that I had my dinner and went for a walk on the terrace and came back to him and I slept on my bed.. This was me yesterday.
