My diet

I’m trying to lose some weight and get in shape. A normal day of food for me is:
Breakfast
1 Bowl of Special K red berries with skim milk
or a muffin
A Glass of water

Lunch:
A Roast Beef or Turkey or Tuna sandwich on Whole Grain bread with lettuce and spicy mustard. (Tuna with mayo and lettuce)
A Yogurt
An Apple
Granola Bar

Supper:
Normally meat (Pork, Chicken or Steak)
Veggie (Typically Green Peppers or Broccoli or Corn)
A Small Potato

And finally in the evening I normally have either a Italian ice or cut up strawberries with cool whip free on them. At work I keep a liter nalgene bottle at my desk, I have a diet lemon snapple iced tea at lunch. When at home I tend to drink water.

Is there anything which I should change which would make a difference in me losing weight?
 
Please read the forums and all your questions will be answered. we talk about eatting 6meals a day often.
 
Loose the special K crap and start eating oatmeal.
Loose the ice, loose the ice tea.
Loose the granola bar

Add 2 meals extra a day (every 2-3 hours is perfect)

Change this and post again listing all the nutrional information (carb/protein/fat percentages of everything combined) and post your height/weight.
