Okay, I've tried to sort through a lot of the other posts to attempt to eliminate the obvious questions. Basically, I'm 6'3", 20 years old, 155 pounds, bf% probably somewhere in the 6-8% range. I've always been athletic, but I'm looking to start up a workout plan to help me bulk up.
Using Mreik's formula in the stickied post above, I figured that my maintenance caloric intake is about 2500 calories.
I guess I have a couple questions, being new to all of this. First up, how many calories should I should shooting for, if my desired eventual weight is around 175-180 pounds? As well, how much g protein? (I think I estimated it around 210g/day from Mreik's post, but again, not positive, and not sure what types of protein I should be looking at)
Secondly, does anyone have any sort of daily meal plans that they could share? I'm terrible at calculating how much calories are in food, and how good they are for me, so if anyone has a "eat this much of this food at this time" sort of plan, I'd be grateful if you could share it.
