daily intake

how much should a 22 yo girl be intaking of protien,iron, calcium, calories, fat, sugar, sodium, and what ever else you can think of along those lines...
 
depends what your doing, stress levels, how much you weigh, hight , body fat%, body type (ecto, endo, meso) or rather the percentage of each. hmm lets see did I mention activity level and other things of this nature. anywho for general health get a good multi-vitamin, eat good foods, and stay active.
