Daily full body workout.

Hello, does anybody have a really good/effective daily workout routine that they would like to share with me :). New to this whole working out and what not process. Any help and/or input would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Please include excercise names and # of reps and all that good stuff thanks.
 
On a quick note you do not want to workout 7 days a week. 4 days is enough and as your starting you may want to only do 3 days to start then go upto 4/5
 
What are your goals and because this is in the bodyweight section am i to assume you dont have or dont want to use much equipment???
