Sport Daily food intake

Hi Everyone,

This place is swarming with fantastic advice!!!!

I was just wanting to know how do I find out what types of food carry what type of calories, sugar ect?

What I currently eat on a daily basis is as follows:

7:30 - 8:00am - 2 Slices of toast (wholemeal) with penut butter
10:00am - Museli Bar
12:00pm Sandwich with Ham and cheese
2:00pm Sandwich with Ham and either pickles or olives
4:00pm apple and bannana
6:00pm Dinner - Usually chicken breast with salad, beef / pork / lamb with vegies.
8:00pm A carrot and cellery stick

Any suggestions on this diet?

I have three months to lose fat and my BMI currently is 31

As I pointed out above...lacking protein. And I am not personally a fan of bread while trying to lean out. Carbs of that nature don't help me at all with fat loss. Your mileage may vary...
 
I agree with Malkore. My last slice of whole wheat bread is around noon with my sandwich.

Do you know your BMR? Give me your stats and I'll see where you are compared to where you might need to be.

I need your height, weight and age and shoe size. (j/k on the shoe size :violent:)
 
I am 25yo, 170cm tall 90kg heavy

Please verify:

You are male? 25 years old, 5'7" and 198 lbs. Is this correct?
What is your activity level? How many days do you so some kind of cardio or strength training?
