Hey guys


I would like to have a little guidance with my Diet Routine. Now I am not necessarily looking at a diet to lose heaps of weight. I'm not an overweight person at all. You can look in a previous threads of what I look like. I just would like a little help with my diet and see if anyone has some better ideas of things I can change around.


Breakfast

- Two Weetbix (No Sugar) with Lite Milk

- One piece of fruit


Lunch

Ham, Tomato and Cheese sandwich.


- Multigrain Bread

- 98% Fat Free Ham

- One slice of Lite Cheese

- Four Slices of Tomato


Dinner

Dinner will vary since I still am living with my parents. My parents cook decent meals. Varies from Lamb Chops, Steak, Chicken and always have vegetables with every single meal. Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peas, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin etc. Sometimes we have salads instead of steamed vegetables.


Snacks

Normally I have two to three snacks per day which will normally consist of fruit. Sometimes I have a habit of eating an oat bar along with it as well. I'd really like to have a wider range of snacks other than fruit all the time.



I normally drink about two litres of water every day. Sometimes less. I will sometimes have a small glass of pure orange juice or a Milo (you might not know that that is). If there are any alterations that you think I could change that would be better please feel free to let me know. Some people have egg whites for their breakfast and I am quite happy to have that as a replacement.

I think this is sufficient diet plan..Its not too much fatty or spicy diet..That is the reason you are not facing overweight problem..If you include salad and fresh fruits in your diet it will be healthy and well balanced diet..
