So I just counted up all my calorie intake for today and I was shocked to see that it only came up to 750!!
I know that this is terribly low, but it wasn't intentionally.. I ate on 6 different occasions today, all spread out during the day, and never felt hungry or tired or anything...
Now it's 9.45 in the evening, feels kind of late to eat and I'm not hungry..
so is it better to eat up a couple of hundred calories more tonight just to come up to a normal level, or just wait til tomorrow and do better then??
