Weight-Loss

I am a little confused about a few things.

I had been exercising at home and takeing aerobic classes which were 2-3 days a week, but then I slowly stopped exercising at home ...I contiued with my aerobics classes but then I stopped those aswell since my father got very sick and my main priority was to focus on his recovery.
It has been almost a month since I stopped my aerobics class. But I am planning on getting back into my routine starting monday--Dec.10.
I am SO thankful I havent gained any weight! :)
I plan on doing some cardio in the morning(every morning) and weights 3 times a week. My aerobics class will alternate from 2-3 classes per week. After about 13 weeks I am going to add in the P90X program (I started that...but still never got a chance to finish it because of the circumstances)
Ok so heres the part that confuses me...
This is just an example : Say my goal was to lose ..lets say 2lbs a week...and it took me 2000 calories a day to maintian my current weight which also factors my activity level (at this time it is very little), and then I calculate that inorder to lose 1lbs I should be eating around 1500 calories, but once I start my exercise wouldnt 1500 caloies be too little ...considering what my activity level will be?
When I calculate my daily caloric needs...should I say that I exercise everyday, since im going to be doing that when I begin ?

I know Im not making a lot of sense but hopefully someone understands what Im trying to ask

BMR:

For men,
66.5 + (13.75 x kg) + (5.003 x cm) - (6.775 x age)

For women,
655.1 + (9.563 x kg) + (1.850 x cm) - (4.676 x age)

Then multiply the result for your PAL (physical activity level)

Your should be level 3 "regular activity" since you're planning to do it everyday

Men: 1,75
Women: 1,65

And then you have your necessities. Dont forget that if you want to lost 1 pound/ week, you need to cut 500kcal of the result, and so on. I hope it was helpful ;)
