Weight-Loss Daily Calorie count too low for today

And I plan on eating a pretty healthy dinner, so from what I can foresee, I'm going to miss my 1400 target by about 300 calories. Any suggestions? Should I go out and indulge in some ice cream? ;)
 
1400 calories is really low, especially when you're working out or if you have an active job.

Be carefull not too get in starvation mode!

Personally i'd stuff myself with chicken milk and cottage cheese :p
 
Two scrambled egg whites on a piece of wheat toast with a 8oz glass of skim milk and a few strawberries for dessert.

I'm soooo sick of chicken right now, I think I might barf if I eat any more chickent his weekend.

1400 calories is plenty, according to every website with a calorie counter I've seen. I need 2100 just to maintain my weight.
 
I personally only have 1200 a day...but i don't work out much...do you???

Anyways, you certainly won't starve yourself by being a little low in cals for one day....I wouldnt' go out of my way to eat more if I wasnt' hungry.

Now, if your only getting 1000 cals a day every day, then you might want to make strides to eat a bit more...but really, one low cal day isnt' going to hurt a thing :)

oh yea, and i HATE cottage cheese too ;)

I have a 1200Cal breakfast in the weekend..I'm almost certain that you're eating way too little (Unless you're a midget of course :p )
 
noooooo 1200 cals is great me :) I've read about the 1200 cal diet from alot of different places including the biggest looser book.
 
No Need to count Calories

I didn’t go on a diet I made a life change. It was
increasingly obvious to me and my friends that I was
getting over weight and I need to lose weight. A couple
of months ago my friends had lost a lot of weight with.

But I didn’t think they could help me as I was past
help(I thought) but my friends eventually got me to
go and fill out their survey on their site and they
called me the next day. They helped me lose weight with
a calorie controlled diet and as I lost weight they
also taught me week by week what is best to eat and what
to grab if I am craving.... But after the second week I lost all my cravings for sugar or savoury. As they say if you give your body what it needs it won’t crave what it needs, and then there is no room for miss-interpretation. My pallet had changed to any sort of fat made my mouth feel discussing.

I was 137kg i am now 120kg and still going.
