i got my dad who is 60 to do some exercise last night. he did better than i thought considering he never does any exercise. he did 20 pushups in a row and had done some previously so i think he could have got 25 if he did it first. he did 12 leg raises where you lie on the ground and hold onto somoenes legs
while doing them.
how does everyone think he did considering his age and inactivity?
