D day

Hi everyone i am new to this forum as of today. Todya is the first day of my weight loss goal that is why i decided to join up to this forum to help me through the good and the bad.
So far for the first time in i dont know how many moths i havent had chocolate!! that is an accomplishment in itself.
So i have eaten today
Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs and tomato
lunch
Boiled rice and chicken
arvo snack
Kiwi fruit
and unsure about tea
I also rode 7 km on my exercise bike after lunch!! YAY!
Today has not onlt been a good eating day I got a phone call with a job preopersition as i was applying for another job. I hope this day is a start of a healthy happier employed ME!!!!!!

Hungry

Okay so i have justhad tes (Chiken Kiev and salad) I am still hungry and i feel like i need to eat but i think it is more to do with occupiying my hands like smoking that is why i am typing. I figure fi everytime i get hungry or a craving i will come here and type in my diary to distract me. If anyone has any ideas on how to help me feel free to shre them

Try drinking more water - plain water mate, combine it with increased fibre in your diet, especially earlier in the day (unrefined cereals, wholegrain products, fruit). That should deal with hunger. If you have a 'craving' - what for? Something sweet? Maybe try some sweet fruit, a drizzle of honey, or even limit yourself to a single square of dark chocolate.

thanks heaps. But it is not a craving of such it is just more that i am bored and have nothing to do with my hands. I had a hot chocolate to try and deal with it but it didnot help alot so i am back on the forum drinking water.

K, welcome to the forum! YOu have the right idea in occupying yourself :D Maybe go for a walk or do a few situps then drink plain, ice cold water... Hmmm you may need to take up a hobby that keeps ya outta the kitchen! :D hehehehe

Okay so day 2 and it is nearly brekkie time what to eat?
So i am going to give you a run down I currently weight 63kg and i am aiming to get down to my post baby body of 55kg. My motivation is seeing my self in old bikini photos and just the fact i want to feel comfortable in a bathing suit. So i am aiming to do this buy summer, im in australia,.
My daughter is nearly three and i really just need to do it. So thats that. well i beter go shower and get the little one to day care
