Cycling/Spin Class

I really enjoy cycling and spin class and would have no objections to doing this 4-5 times per week as my exercise but I'm concerned that I'm not keeping my body guessing enough and that I would be better served by integrating other forms of weights/exercise into my schedule while only spinning/cycling 1-2 times per week. Any thoughts?

I have to think it's better to do a variety of things but I guess I'm asking how much of a difference does it actually make?

It's not that I dislike the other forms of weights/cardio/etc., but I like cycling/spinning more.
