Cycling question

I cycle about 2.5 miles everyday. It takes me about 15 minutes to cycle that distance. Do you think I am pushing it, and should take it easy or no?
 
Well I guess it would depend a lot on your fitness level at this point but generally speaking 2.5 miles in 15 min is a pretty average 16 mph speed.
 
That's a pretty good average speed. I do it for 2-3 hours at a time, on 30-60 km rides. On mountain trails :D

Whether you should take it easy or not...what is the purpose of your riding? Fat loss? Keeping off fat? General fitness? Fun? A mix of those?

Well, actually, it's 10mph which is a very slow speed. But, if that's all you can handle, build from that.
