Right im trying to loose about 40lbs. I just started this week as I usually lift heavy. As ive been obese all my life its kind of hard. I know some people eat bad foods at weekend. Is this? Bair in mind I dont drink really...

Supplement your weight training with regular cardio. Start jogging on a treadmill 4-5 times a week for 20 - 30 minutes (build up to it if you can't right off the bat). You can actually run every day of the week without rest for cardio, but ideally you won't so as to allow some days where more calories are nourishing growing muscles.

First key is to adjust your diet and lifestyle to fit with your plan to lose 40 lbs. That's your most important step as I and others have said in your previous threads. Continue to lift as its extremely beneficial to weight loss and add in extra cardio. Remember you need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. A 500 calorie deficit/day will yield 1 pound of weight loss a week (approximately).
