Cutting / Toning Supplement Advice???

Sup y'all... For the past 4-5 months I've been bulking up muscle wise and I'm about where I'd like to be. A month ago I started doing more cardio to cut and tone the muscles, and most of my muscles are getting toned well but around my waist it is a different story. I do abs every other day by doing leg lifts, knee raises, side bends and weighted crunches and the infamous decline leg lifts. So far I can see an outline of the abdominals and where they should be coming into view, but I have a layer of fat that just isn't going anywhere. I like to think of it as the 6-pack is in the fridge... Anywho, I'm thinking I need a bit of help to get rid of the excess fat to tone. Any supplement ideas? Has anyone used the Hydroxycut Hardcore supplement?

Currently I'm 6ft tall and weight about 195 lbs. Not sure what my body fat is, but I lift 5-6 days a week and cardio for 30-45 minutes. Treadmill and bike... I'm currently taking Muscle Tech's Cell-Tech formula and ON Whey protein daily.

Supplements are a waste of your money, and aren't some kind of a "magic potion" to get rid of specific fat deposits. Nor will crunches do anything to rid stomach fat: it's simply a matter of proper dieting and appropriate exercise.

I understand they aren't a "magic potion", but they do help increase performance and can help push past plateaus. That I know from experience from using several supplements and seeing the results... Some of them work, some of them don't. Some people swear by them, and others like you don't. My diet is perfectly fine so far... At least I'd like to think it is. Just wondering if anyone has had any help/improvement regarding this post with a particular supplement.

They "push past plateus" because they are all stimulants. Drink a cup of coffee and you'll get the same affect. If your diet is "perfectly fine," then you have nothing to worry about and don't need a supplement.
