Cutting Sprint Times

Hi guys!

I am trying to really cut my sprint times! I need to know ways on how I can do that..

Here is what I am now, and the goals are beside it:

30m Sprint

My time: 7 seconds GOAL: 3.90-4 seconds

Flying 30m Sprint (45m)

My time: 6.5 seconds GOAL: 3.30-3.40 seconds

I know these are pretty intense goals, but I am ready to work for it! I would like to have these accomplished by September-October. Im not sure if thats possible, but ill try!! I am just stumped on how to even cut any time of my sprints.

Any exercises/tips/tricks would be appreciated! I am open to anything!
