Hey guys :)

I've never been obese but never happy with my figure either - I have tummy, hips, thighs and bum issues :(

I detest exercise and always find a reason not to do it...

Does cutting carbs and protein from my diet have any benefits for me?

I currently have 2 soft boiled eggs, white toast and coffee in the morning, veggies for lunch such as tomato, cucumber, carrots and celery sticks and the occasional fruit, and at night time I have soup (without bread)

I realize the toast in the morning means carbs but considering the rest of my day's meals, I am wondering whether that will make that much of a difference?

I started eating this way yesterday and already felt the difference last night, when I didnt feel exhausted before 21:00 at night.

Tx guys, any advice appreciated!! :)

If you're not obese, but not happy with your shape, then diet will only get you so far. Cutting out entire food groups is not a good idea though, you need to find a good balance. Cutting protein from your diet is not only NOT a good idea at all. Muscles need protein, and we're not just talking about the obvious ones. Your heart's a muscle, for example, and you wouldn't want to starve that, right?

To be honest, your problem seems more like a toning problem than a diet problem though, and the sad truth is that toning will only happen through exercise. There is simply no other way.

I hate exercise for exercise sake. I can't stand it.

But is there a way you can trick yourself into exercise? I like to snow ski and play soccer, I hate to run, workout, etc. Are there any sports you could get involved in?
