Sport Cutting Meals

How many calories should my breakfast have? Should it still be my largest food? Is 300-400 cals good? In snacks, what should I eat? I need ideas for meals to eat while cutting! Thanks in advance!
 
Well Im 17, weight 180 pounds, 5'9 or 5'10. Been working out for 2 months... "bulking"... Next week I begin cutting... I want to cut for a few weeks to get some definition, then decide wether or not to continue bulking or just maintain...
