Sport Cutting Finalizing

Sport Fitness
Alright, so i've revised this diet close to 15 times now from reading more and more of the site...This is "hopefully" my final version while cutting, trying to get my ratios nice, and also when i take in carbs/fats etc. Tell me what you think =)

Breakfast - Oats, Natural Peanut Butter
Meal1 - Fat free bologna (or equivalent lean meat)
Meal2 - Egg whites, Peanut Butter
Meal3 - Veggies, Lean meat (chicken usually)
Workout
Meal4 - Brown Rice, Veggies, lean meat (usually red)
Meal5 - Lean meat (varies a lot here)
Meal6 - Cottage Cheese

Calories 2000, 240g Protein, 150g Carbs, 45g Fat

Looks very good. Do you have a protein shake just after workout? You'll want to have these even though you're cutting...
Meal5 - only meat? What about adding some veggies there too?

That diet needs alot of work......Here is what i suggest.

Meal1 - Oats, Egg whites
Meal2 - Egg whites, Natural Peanut Butter
Meal3 - Veggies, Lean meat (chicken usually), EFA
Workout
Meal4 - PWO shake - whey/dextrose - taken immediatly after training
Meal5 - PPWO Brown Rice, Veggies, lean meat (usually red) make this as fat free as possible
Meal6 - Cottage Cheese/EFA

I've yet to try shakes, usually just pre-cooked meals right after working out, i'm a block away from the YMCA i use so it really is < 10 minutes, but if its critical, i'll be a man and do it.

Oh, and to double check, EFA = essential fatty acids...i should be using 1 tbsp of flax oil per mentioning of it?

Thanks ^^
