Firstly Facts about myself: Male, 20, Active (6/7days a week: 1hr Gym Body group workout followed by 20mins of skipping then a 2km walk) + Soccer training Tuesdays & Thursdays and matches on Saturday. I want to cut up without losing muscle and strength, I have included a picture of my diet below. Is this the correct diet i should be on to cut up and lose fat? Cheers
