Okay so I barley eat now for the past 5 days.. i have no urge to eat. I probably eat about 500 calories a day. I only drink water and the only thing i ate today for probably 4 cheezits and little corn. and in about 3 hours it is night time. so if i were to continue on this path.. how long until i start seeing my weight shed off? Also, what fruits should i eat? I am going shopping tomorrow so can i get a list of fruits and foods i should buy.. thanks!
