Cutting Calories ..?

Okay so I barley eat now for the past 5 days.. i have no urge to eat. I probably eat about 500 calories a day. I only drink water and the only thing i ate today for probably 4 cheezits and little corn. and in about 3 hours it is night time. so if i were to continue on this path.. how long until i start seeing my weight shed off?
P.S. i DONT exercise.. only eat less.

Let me make something very clear to you: YOU ARE STARVING YOURSELF.

500 calories a day is NOT ENOUGH to keep your body functioning. You will do SERIOUS damage to your health long-term and short-term. And the weight will come off slowly and painfully as your body will cling on to whatever small amount of food you give it to try and keep itself going.

Please educate yourself before you continue with this diet. You should be eating 1200 calories a day MINIMUM.

You absolutely need to be eating more.

*just so that you can imagine this... that's on the high-end amount of calories they gave the Jewish in the concentration camps.*

For a guide on how many calories you should be taking in and how many pounds a week you could lose safely, use this link Here. There are several calculators like this on the internet but this is my favorite. Fill in your gender, age, height, weight, and activity level. It will give you a good estimate on what you should do to lose or gain weight.

Also, I've noticed from your past posts that you ask about weight loss pills, how much weight you can lose in 20 days, and so on. Remember, it's better to be patient. The slower the weight loss, the better (generally). Plus, you'll have more time to develop healthy habits that will prevent you from gaining it all back.
