I stopped drinking pop for quite a while ago, the only thing I drink now is water and ice tea (that I mix myself) and 100% juice diluted with water. That helped me to keep my weight down, once in a while I indulge in a chocolate bar.. Nobody is perfect
nothing wrong with that ... if you keep a pretty good diet most of the time, your body will burn those 'indulges' pretty fast and won't even affect the scale remotely.
The hardest thing for me was giving up my white mocha's from Starbucks! Yeah...soda is really bad for you. If you ever want to drink soda though...Diet Rite is the "healthiest" soft drink to drink. Diet Rite does not contain Aspartame. Also, Since you drink ice tea a lot, try 1 or 2 packets of splenda. It's a sugar substitute & is used for people who are on the Atkins diet and even for diabetics. It is super~duper yummy but It's pretty expensive! Good luck to you!
