Current supplement list

Here is my current supplement list:
  • Cod Liver Oil
  • Flaxseed Oil
  • Spirulina
  • Q10
  • Biotin
  • Vitamin C (with flavonoids)
  • Probiotic Multivitamin
  • Garlic
I don't take any whey or creatine etc as yet.

Is there anything essential for building muscle that is missing from the above?

nope, not really. just add food :)

remember whey is just protein...some people can eat whole foods and get all their protein...some can't.

creatine does work, but its not 'essential'
